Came out to a locked and seized garage at short notice. He identified the issue as being mechanism related and not lock related, but stopped and helped me back in nevertheless. And then he didn't charge me. He also gave me a contact number for someone to fix the door. I hope I never need a locksmith again, but if I do this guy is my first choice. My front door lock was temperamental so I emailed Daniel, he responded within an hour and booked in to fix the lock later that day. He was polite, professional and courteous, explained everything he was going to do, adjusted the door so it didn’t catch and offered me a different type lock (at no extra charge).
